Along the walls are Roman busts symbolizing the symbiotic relationship between Ancient Roman empire and the Wittelsback monarchy. A stupendous hall over 200 feet long which became a royal banquet room for over 200 guests. We particularly wanted to see “The Renaissance Antiquarium” that was finished in 1571. Watching YouTube videos inspired us to make a visit to Bavaria’s seat of government for five hundred years.
